Fundraising Tools

Thank you for your participation in Walk MS! You are now a significant and most valued contributor in the fight against MS. With your help, we are able to provide vital programs for people with MS and help fund research for a cure. This is why we walk.

Fundraising is one of the most important elements of Walk MS. Remember: Each Walk MS participant (12 years and older) is required to raise a minimum of $25. The majority of walkers go above and beyond the fundraising minimum. Donations to the National MS Society are tax-deductible.

Use this Sponsor Form to help gain team sponsorship. We will print the company's name/logo on a Mile Marker along the route. Simply print and fill out out the form, enclose the company's sponsorship check and mail to us. Click here for tips (PDF) for selling as many markers as possible.
