Walk MS Team Program
 Teams offer great opportunities to build corporate team spirit and morale, increase your company’s visibility within the community, gather friends and family together and have more fun!
Team up for even more fun!
Walk MS is all about supporting each other so why not form a team? Share a fun, active day with friends, family and co-workers. It's a great way to pool your fundraising resources to raise even more money.
It's easy to form a team:
1. Pick a captain. Click here to Register as the team captain or call 800-883-WALK.
2. Pick a team name
3. Recruit, recruit, recruit. There's no limit to how many team members you can have (must have at least 4 walkers)

Sample Team Mile Marker Form (PDF)
Use this sponsor form to help gain team sponsorship. We will print the company's name/logo on a Mile Marker along the route. Simply print and fill out out the form, enclose the company's sponsorship check and mail to us.
